Refund Policy

At CDLCity LLC, we are committed to providing exceptional services to our valued clients. We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, leading to the need for course cancellations or rescheduling. While we strive to accommodate such situations, it is essential to have a clear refund policy in place due to the resources and expenses involved in preparing and conducting our scheduled classes.

1. Enrollment Cancellation Before Commencing Classes: A full refund will be issued to any learner who has signed an enrollment contract and made payment but decides to cancel the contract before commencing classes. This applies to both intruck practical and Pretrip classroom lessons. To qualify for a refund, the learner must submit a refund request within 7 days after payment and must not have initiated any driving lessons within this period.

2.Withdrawal After Commencing Classes: Once a learner has commenced classes, CDLCity LLC maintains a strict no-refund policy. In the event of withdrawal after the start of classes, no refunds will be issued. We encourage learners to thoroughly consider their commitment to the course before beginning the classes.

Note: CDLcity LLC may, at its discretion, consider exceptions to this policy under extraordinary circumstances, such as severe medical issues. For this scenario, you should contact our Customer Service Department/Refund Coordinator for further assistance.

3.Refund Percentage and Processing Time: Refunds for cancellations within the specified time frame will be processed for the full amount paid. The processing time for refunds is up to 14 business days from the date the refund request is received.

4.Documentation Requirements: To initiate a refund request, learners must provide a copy of the enrollment contract, proof of payment, and a written request for cancellation.

5.Non-Transferable Payments: Payments made for a specific course are non-transferable to another individual.

6.Review of Refund Policy: This refund policy is subject to periodic review and update. Any changes to the policy will be communicated to learners in advance.
